Returns Policy
Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 10 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.
Damaged Or Defective Item (Home Delivery)
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately at 514-371-5282. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
